A relatively original looking '74 Road Runner for sale on Craigslist. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a post-1972 Road Runner. Needless to say, I kind of want it.

Hell any Mopars on the Detroit CL are pretty hard to find. I looked a few weeks ago and there were 9 pre-1975 Mopars in total under $5,000 out of the 300 or so listings.

Hell to the yeah. I'd even grow a mullet.
Great find OP.

Any old Mopar anywhere is hard to find. Cause they were built like crap and didn't last.

I found this. I'm surprised that it's going for such a price!

Oh, I know. It really kind of sucks. I stumble across something every once in a while, but for the most part, there's not much.

Yeah, bro. Gotta stay with the Looney Tunes theme.
Really? I thought the price was kind of reasonable. Granted, I would rather have a '74 T/A or Z28 for around the same price, but its still cool.

Its a tad pricey. They're not worth much on the whole to the Mopar community.
And there's no Yosemite Sam BACK OFF mud flaps.

Ad says its a 400. Not sure why they would put a 440 hood on a 400 car, but whatevs.

I kind of figured they weren't much to Mopar guys. Most people have forgotten about them. Now that you say it, I guess it is a bit pricey. I'm sure you would be able to negotiate him down quite a bit, though, considering there's only a very small market that wants a '74 Road Runner (or any '74 Mopar, for that matter).
THAT would be a necessity.

Saw one of those with a "440" hood, pop it up, 225 Slant SIX!...guy had the build sheet in the trunk.

That's hilarious! So someone ordered it like that?

I even think it had the Canadian 2.33 gears in the rear end. When he slammed the gas pedal to the floor, the car said..."Wait a minute."

Lol. That's just too funny.

It's a scam. They're planning on killing you if you go meet them.
...
Probably not actually, looks great.

Lol. I guess you kind of run that risk with any Craigslist deal.
Agreed!
